Shipping

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 3 – 4 working days after payment is confirmed.
  • Local (Singapore): sent via SingPost mail.
  • International: shipped via SingPost Air Mail (with tracking by default).
  • Delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs and postal network.

  • Singapore: 3 – 5 business days
  • Asia: 5 – 10 business days
  • Australia, United States & Canada: 6 – 12 business days
  • South America, Africa & Middle East: 10–15 business days

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are usually offered at a lower price compared to retail.
  • If you order pre-order items together with in-stock products, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready!
  • Estimated timelines will be provided on the product listing.

Preorders are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is made. By placing a preorder, you agree to the stated production and delivery timeline, and understand there may be unforeseen delays. Please only place an order if you are comfortable with these terms!


EU/UK Customers

  • Due to the updated VAT regulations, we currently do not ship to EU/UK.
  • EU/UK customers: please look out for alternative platforms (e.g., Etsy) in the future!


Returns & Exchange

  • As a small shop, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are issues with your order, please contact us, we’ll do our best to work something out.
